Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% charge of the service reserved.

If you are tardy to an appointment, we cannot guarantee you will be able to be serviced depending on the appointment booked, availability, and store hours. If you are more than 15 minutes tardy, your appointment will be canceled and result in a 100% charge for the service booked.
