How it works
Our Mission is to help you achieve the look that best fits you & your lifestyle. Our lash artists are properly licensed and trained to perform the newest techniques in the industry using only the best products available. We offer our products for purchase to reputable licensed artists.
We require 24-hours notice before any cancelations or rebookings. If in the event you have to cancel or rebook your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, there will be a fee associated. The fee is 50% of all services booked. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes tardy are considered canceled and will be subjected to the cancellation policy.
Special Promotions & Groupons -
All promotional pricing is subject to our cancelation policy. Groupon purchases are for first-time clients only. Promotions are assigned to specific artists. Please contact the store for more details.
Refunds & Exchanges
All service sales are final. All product sales are final. We do not issue refunds for products or services. If there is a true manufacturer defect for a product purchased, you must submit a claim to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving the product. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds/exchanges if we determine our policy is being abused. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for any return shipping prices unless otherwise discussed with customer support.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please provide pictures of damages and information regarding your order to email@example.com and someone from our support team will contact you. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
