Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
Lash Addict Studio is a lash and beauty studio with locations in St. Petersburg, Seminole, and Clearwater, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use lashaddictstudio.com and how we use it. Questions go to info@lashaddictstudio.com.
What we collect
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and the sign-in method you chose (email and password, Google, or our staff sign-in). We never see your Google password.
If you contact us, we keep the messages you send so we can reply. If you book or buy through the site, we keep the details needed to provide the service, such as the appointment, the studio, and your contact information.
Booking and payments
Appointments are booked through our scheduling provider, Meevo. When you follow a booking link you leave this site, and Meevo’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there. This site does not collect or store card numbers.
Analytics and error reports
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
We use PostHog to understand how people move through the site so we can improve it. PostHog stores a small cookie in your browser so it can recognize a returning visit, and it records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling, and page views, which can include a replay of your visit. Text typed into forms is masked, the data stays on servers we run, and we do not sell or share it. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
We use Sentry to receive reports when something on the site breaks. A report can include technical details about your browser and the page you were on.
We send account emails, such as sign-in codes and password resets, through our own email service. We only send marketing email if you ask to receive it, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and the information tied to it at any time by emailing info@lashaddictstudio.com. We may keep records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, and only so they can do their job for us.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page. For anything else, reach us at info@lashaddictstudio.com.
