All services at Lash Addict Studio are by appointment only. Given the service-based nature of our business, we must enforce a cancellation policy. A credit card on file will be required to book an appointment, and a 50% deposit of all services booked are collected. Your deposit goes towards your service the day of your appointment.
When booking an appointment, please ensure you book with the correct artist at the correct location, at the desired time and date you are available. By booking an appointment, you agree to be at the location you booked at the booked time and date. Because we reserve this time just for you, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice to avoid a forfeiting your deposit . If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of a no-call/no-show, 100% of the service is charged to the card on file.
